A public meeting regarding the Lyons Housing Authority’s Admission and Continued Policy (ACOP) and Lease changes/updates will be conducted

Sept. 8, 2025, at 3 p.m., in Park Place Apartments Dining Room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

This meeting will be to review the required HUD rules and regulations regarding your Lease and LHA’s Policies.

The Lyons Housing Authority’s Admission and Continued Policy (ACOP) and Lease are available in the office foyer for review PRIOR to meeting at the Housing Authority office at 215 S. Bell, Lyons, Kan.

Capital Fund Grant 2026

The public meeting regarding the Capital Fund Grant 2026 Annual Plan will be conducted Sept. 8, 2025, at 3 p.m., in Park Place Apartments Dining Room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The 2026 CFP plan is on display at the Housing Authority office at 215 S. Bell, Lyons, Kan.

This meeting is to inform you how HUD funding is obligated and spent.
